Since the launch of the network in the beginning of 2014, STIPA has been well received by the science, technology and innovation policy community. We have registered around 80 members of 20 countries from all around the world such as Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Finland, Italy, Mexico, Spain, South Korea, United States and Uruguay.
STIPA members come from different institutions related to science, technology and innovation policy such as universities, research centers and governmental organizations. Some examples of these organizations are the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (Argentina), University of Campinas (Brazil), Simon Fraser University (Canada), Universidad Externado (Colombia), Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences – FLACSO (Ecuador), VTT Technical Research Centre (Finland), Foro Nacional Internacional (Peru), Regional Government of Valencia (Spain), George Washington University (USA) and UNESCO (Uruguay).
